I have a perfectionist complex and it makes me unhappy with at least one thing or/and one person everyday. I can look at something and pick out a hundred flaws in it and how it can be improved. It makes disappointment so much harder to take, with expectations elevated high. This makes it harder to forget things, to forgive people, to accept mistakes, to stop trying to please everyone, to expect less out of people.
